AM PM Staffing is seeking a skilled Concrete Saw Operator to join our client’s team. A Concrete Saw Operator uses specialized equipment, like slab saws and walk-behind saws, to cut, shape, and remove concrete on construction sites, roads, and other projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various construction-related tasks. As a Concrete Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating saws and other cutting equipment to prepare materials for construction projects. This job requires physical strength, attention to detail, and familiarity with various cutting techniques and materials like concrete and asphalt.

Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Duties:

• Operate various types of saws and cutting equipment with precision.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities.
• Cut and remove damaged concrete sections as needed.
• Assist in heavy lifting and moving materials on the construction site.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.

Qualifications:

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Solid experience with concrete sawing, cutting and/or removal
• Proficiency in any or all of the following diamond or demolition tools: wall saw, core drill, flat saw, handsaws, ring saws and/or compressor tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job tasks.
• Previous construction site experience is essential for understanding site dynamics.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Current, valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
• TWIC card holder

Pay depends on experience.
